Becoming lazy is a sign that a chef is losing passion. When they stop wishing to experiment with new dishes, ask where a product came from, keep the same menus because it is too difficult to compile a new one, or stop worrying about client comments, then it is time to reflect, why?
Yet, why do we see the following signs that are fundamental characteristics declining in some young guns and even in some more mature chefs, notably those in the local eateries?
