Who's Who:
|
|
|
|
Service Excellence Chefs and
"Salon Culinaire.com "Chef of Chefs" |
|
|
|
This section is reserved exclusively
by salonculinaire.com as a tribute to the accomplishments,
contributions, exceptional leadership and dedication of past and
present chefs who have made a significant impact on the Australian
Professional Cookery Industry.
This is a different kind of list. It
is not a list of chefs who run famous restaurants or hotels,
though many of them do or have done. It is not a list that
advertises their business. It is a list of industry respected
professional Australian chefs who have significantly and
measurably contributed to the development of the
professional Australian kitchen culture. They have either: written
successful culinary books, managed chef associations, represented
Australia in culinary teams, set trends, are opinion leaders and/ or
are innovators. There is external evidence of their contribution to
the industry
This list is not yet completed, research and a peer driven
selection processes will identify many other chefs.
Email George
with your nomination, include definable reasons why the nomination
should be included in this recognition of service excellence.
See "eligibility
definitions".
We accept nominations by email for membership
in "who is who". Salonculinaire.com sets its own standards for
inclusion, primarily requiring a nomination with endorsement,
evidence of previous peer acknowledgement and “definitions”
|
|
|
|
This is just a small way we say
thank you for going that extra mile and a platform where chefs
"who make things happen" are identified in one industry brigade. |
