The Virtual Salon Culinaire Museum in Culinary Arts

The Virtual Salonculinaire museum is not an attempt to show every existing item that was ever used in a commercials kitchen and dining room. That is unrealistic and far beyond the scope and capacity of this virtual museum. There are also far better sources of historical cookery records than we could ever achieve. This museum is just meant to be snapshot of examples of items not seen or seldom found in contemporary commercial kitchens today.

We will attempt to balance photo resolution, quantity and size, to maximise quality and download speed, but downloads will take time, so please be patient.

We welcome your comments and contributions. Items should have been in  in commercial use more than 30 years or more.

There are many galleries to walk through – Enjoy a past era
