What is a Master Chef?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This assessment identifies chefs who demonstrate they have the \u201cculinary knowledge component\u201d expected of a Master Chef and awarded a \u201cSalonculinaire.com Master Chef in Culinary Knowledge\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The full credential as a genuine Master Chef must include<\/strong>: attending a course of study, (usually a short course) that \u00a0includes an intense commercial update, in combination with a practical and a theoretical exam, delivered by a recognised institute and usually assessed by current masters.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are many master chefs\u2019 programs across the world. Only programs that include all three components: Update course – practical examination – theory examination and accredited by a recognised culinary institute or association are fully credentialed\u00a0 Industry Master Chef<\/strong>. All others only provide semi credentialed status.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is a \u201cChef of Chefs\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the ultimate credential for professionals, and \u00a0assesses : Skills – Attitude – Knowledge and Experience \u00a0and is the only assessment at this ultimate level. This is an annual competition and challenge for professional chefs at the supervision level.<\/span><\/p>\n
