To attempt tests that are more complex than the “sample” — ranging from apprentice to master chef level — you must be registered on https://salonculinaire.com.
Registration can only be completed via email. Please send an email that includes:
- Your current position in commercial cookery
- The country where you reside
- The number of years you have worked in the industry

- Authorization will not be given otherwise
